These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and booking of services including Private Cab, Tempo Traveller, Urbania, and other travel-related transportation services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

Insta Cab Services provides:

Local and outstation cab services
Airport transfers
Tempo Traveller & Urbania rentals
Corporate and group travel services

All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made through our website, phone call, or WhatsApp.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from Insta Cab Services.
Customer must provide accurate travel details including pickup location, date, time, and contact number.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices depend on distance, duration, vehicle type, and travel route.
Toll tax, parking charges, state tax, and driver allowance (if applicable) are extra, unless mentioned otherwise.
Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Final fare may vary if travel details change during the trip.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation.
No refund for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Vehicle Usage Rules

Vehicle will be used only for the route and purpose mentioned at the time of booking.
AC will not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary, as per standard norms.
Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.

6. Driver & Customer Responsibilities

Driver Responsibilities

Provide safe and professional driving
Follow traffic rules and regulations

Customer Responsibilities

Be ready at the pickup time
Maintain proper behavior with driver
Ensure no illegal items are carried in the vehicle

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Insta Cab Services is not responsible for delays or service disruption due to:

Traffic jams
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions or strikes

8. Luggage Policy

Luggage allowance depends on vehicle type.
Extra or oversized luggage must be informed in advance.
Insta Cab Services is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Insta Cab Services shall not be liable for:

Missed flights or trains
Loss of personal belongings
Indirect or consequential damages

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

Customer violates these Terms & Conditions
Payment is not completed
Any misuse of vehicle or misconduct is observed

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Insta Cab Services reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
